




Position Summary: Ensure and promote customer service standards by managing the cash team for cash handling, customer service, and collection for merchandise and/or services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer service standards at the cash register. 2. Supervises agile and efficient customer service. 3. Ensures proper cash handling and procedures. Ensure and promote customer service standards through cash team members’ correct handling of cash, customer service, and collection for merchandise and/or services. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure cash team members have the necessary tools to provide prompt and timely customer service and collection. 2. Supervise cash team members in delivering customer service through fast and efficient sales processing. 3. Verify that cash area policies and procedures are up-to-date and properly implemented for effective area management. 4. Ensure appropriate cash handling and collection to prevent risks at cash registers. 5. Timely handle and resolve customer complaints and requests.
