Comprehensive store management, from inventory to cleaning and product display. **AMK\- SUPERVISOR – ADP HMO** At Aerocomercializadora del Pacífico (Hermosillo), we seek to develop internal talent so that it contributes knowledge and experience to our company, supporting business results. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position with personnel reporting to the candidate. * Retail industry experience is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Cash handling and cash register closing. * Inventory management and merchandise arrangement. * Sales-oriented mindset. * Basic Excel skills. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Effective supervision. * Decision-making. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper operation of stores under supervision through assigned staff (cashiers), aiming to meet sales targets and reduce shrinkage. * Generate purchase requests according to the system and receive invoices into the system. * Train the cashier team under supervision to ensure accurate sales data entry into the system. * Report any incidents related to maintenance, systems, procurement, etc., occurring at the store, and follow up until resolution. * Prepare staff schedules according to store operational needs. * Ensure the store or stores are maintained in optimal cleanliness conditions and with proper merchandise display. * Monitor product expiration dates to prevent shrinkage, either by coordinating replacements with suppliers or placing items on promotion.
