We are seeking a STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR FAST FOOD for our branches located in the ZONE AJUSCO (NEAR SIX FLAGS) Key Responsibilities: • Shift Supervisor • Sales, Cost, and Shrinkage Reports, • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Inventory, • Customer Service, • General Administration: Inventory Control and Restaurant Maintenance. Requirements: • 6 TO 8 MONTHS OF RECENT EXPERIENCE as SHIFT LEADER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE (PREFERRED) • Employment stability in previous positions. • High School Diploma or Technical Degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related field. • Cash Handling (Opening, Counting, Transfers, Closing).
