Job Summary: This position seeks a shift supervisor to oversee operations, staff, and standards of quality, service, and hygiene in a restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. 2. Ensure brand standards for quality, service, and customer care. 3. Supervise staff performance and deliver exceptional customer service. **Job Objective:** Achieve sales targets by motivating and providing operational support to staff during the assigned shift, while ensuring brand-established standards for quality, service, and customer care. **Required Profile:** * Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Experience: Minimum experience as kitchen supervisor, restaurant supervisor, or industrial cafeteria supervisor **Work Schedule:** * Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Shift rotation according to operational needs * Day Off: One day between Monday and Thursday * Work Location: **Walmart Miramontes Quick-Service Food Area** **We Offer:** * **Tax-free weekly pay: $2,460** * Punctuality bonus of 950 per month, paid weekly * Attendance bonus of 950 per month, paid weekly * Immediate hiring * Statutory benefits and life insurance from day one * Complimentary uniform * Training and onboarding from day one * Payroll processed every Friday * Flexible schedules **Primary Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with branch standards for appearance, cleanliness, service, equipment operation, facility conditions, and staff conduct. * Supervise food and ingredient quality control during preparation. * Conduct cash-handover procedures at shift start and end. * Supervise staff performance and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. * Comply with and enforce company-established hygiene standards.
