Leading brand in self-service stores and specialized retail chains **Shelf Promoter and Salesperson Supervisor** **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ RECENT experience as a shelf promoter supervisor (managing at least 10 full-time promoters) assigned to self-service stores, department stores, and/or specialized retail chains * Mobile phone * Personal vehicle * Computer * Residence in Monterrey or its metropolitan area * Availability to travel within the northern region of the country (Baja California to Tamaulipas) * Intermediate Excel skills (sales report analysis, pivot tables, etc.) * Minimum high school diploma; academic transcript or certificate required * Flexible availability during peak season **Responsibilities:** * Supervision and training of local and remote staff * Payroll preparation * Attendance tracking * Performance reporting * Creation and monitoring of individual promoter schedules * Sell-in/Sell-out tracking * Incident follow-up with department managers * Monitoring compliance with point-of-sale (POS) implementation guidelines **Desired Skills:** * Organized * Sense of urgency * Analytical mindset * Negotiation skills * Assertive communication **Work Schedule:** September to July: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM August: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (seasonal school period) **Upon Hiring:** Monthly gross compensation (before taxes): Base salary: $14,592 + Grocery vouchers: $500 + Gas allowance: $3,000 Statutory benefits Bi-weekly payments Additional performance-based benefits (e.g., company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, etc.) Career development plan available Employment Type: Full-time Monthly Salary: $15,091.00 Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site
