





**Sales Supervisor – Payroll-Based Credit** **Position Objective:** Ensure the sustainable growth of the department through effective supervision of the payroll-based credit sales team, driving productivity, goal attainment, and business profitability. **Job Description:** * Supervise and directly monitor the sales advisors team. * Analyze and monitor key performance indicators: loan placements, average ticket size, conversion rate, among others. * Implement strategies to increase team productivity. * Provide individual and group coaching focused on sales closing and performance. * Follow up on high-value prospects and support strategic closings. * Review, control, and approve credit files. * Coordinate with operational and administrative departments to ensure efficient processes. * Work location: Gustavo A.
