Shift: Rotating between two shifts—Morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and/or Afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with flexible availability. Location: Venustiano Carranza. Completed High School Diploma or Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree. Experience operating Super Duty vehicles with valid driver’s license. Intermediate-level Excel skills for database management. Recent experience of over 3 years as Retail Sales and Delivery Supervisor, with full knowledge of operational processes from start to close. Expertise in overseeing operations across 10–12 delivery routes, including drivers and assistants. Knowledge of traffic regulations, vehicle document verification, compliance with the “Hoy No Circula” (No-Drive Day) program, and handling of invoices and receipts. Creation, implementation, and monitoring of work plans. Adherence to scheduled customer visits. 100% guaranteed deliveries; management of KPIs and performance metrics. Leadership, customer service, effective field visits, on-route personnel supervision, training of new staff and follow-up, resolution of on-route and customer-related issues. Order scheduling and delivery assurance; load verification. Operational closure upon return from route, including cash and document handover. Flexibility to cover alternate shifts (morning, afternoon, or mixed) if required. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for database management, reporting, and KPI tracking; excellent spelling and written communication skills for professional client correspondence. Problem-solving ability, sense of urgency, exceptional customer service, negotiation skills. Monitoring of market visits to customers, order processing, and promotional events. Review of supporting documents (purchase orders, receipts, or stamped invoices). Monthly gross salary: $18,000 plus statutory benefits.
