Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability Job Description: A restaurant located in the Perisur area seeks a Restaurant Manager with proven experience in restaurant and bar operations, customer service, and team leadership. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the restaurant operates correctly, maintaining high service standards, cost control, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations (dining floor and bar) Coordinate opening and closing procedures Supervise operational staff (servers, kitchen, bar, cleaning, hostess) Manage inventory, cash handling, POS systems, and waste control Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Resolve incidents and maintain customer satisfaction Generate daily reports on sales, expenses, and productivity Achieve commercial and operational targets Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant with bar Knowledge of personnel management, cost control, customer service, and general operations Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Sunday (with one weekday day off) Work Location: Perisur, CDMX Position Type: Full-time Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $26,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Dining facility * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * System operation: 1 year (Desirable) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
