Job Summary: We are seeking Ericsson RAN Technician crews for active mobile network projects, with experience in installation, integration, modernization, and support of RAN equipment. Long-term supplier relationship Ericsson **RAN Technicians** are required for mobile network work on active projects with operators **Telcel and AT&T**. We seek fully staffed and autonomous crews with proven experience in RAN technologies. Crew Requirements * Experience in **Ericsson RAN** projects * Knowledge of technologies: * 2G / 3G / LTE * (Desirable) 5G * Experience in: * RAN equipment installation * Integration and swap * Site modernization * Support and maintenance Required Tools and Equipment The crew must have: * Basic telecommunications tools * Laptop with work software (LMT / integration tools) * Multimeter * Full safety equipment: * Helmet * Harness * Lifelines * Vest * Safety boots * Personal vehicle (desirable) Main Activities * Installation and dismantling of Ericsson equipment * RAN node integration * Site modernization * Testing and validation * Field incident resolution * Submission of reports and evidence We Offer * Continuity in RAN projects * Steady work based on performance * Long-term supplier relationship Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
