PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek field-based commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for profiles who lead through execution, accompany their team in the field, and turn objectives into results. Responsibilities * Lead and execute payroll loan placements in the assigned area. * Manage, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive acquisition, closing, and growth of loan placements. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable field sales team leadership experience. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
