This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and turn objectives into results. Responsibilities * Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned area. * Lead, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive loan acquisition, closing, and portfolio growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure monthly branch targets are met. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or direct debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of sales teams in the field. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
