We are currently seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team in Mexico City. **Responsibilities** * Manage and track maritime and air shipments from origin to final destination. * Control and verify documentation required for each import (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs entry forms, certificates, etc.). * Coordinate logistics with customs agents, shipping lines, carriers, and international suppliers. * Supervise compliance with transit, customs clearance, and delivery timelines. * Monitor and record shipment status in internal systems and report incidents. * Support national logistics planning for product distribution to the central warehouse (CEDIS) and sales points. * Maintain updated records of costs and invoicing related to import and transportation services. * Prepare logistics performance reports and key performance indicators. **Requirements** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in **import operations and customs clearance** * **Experience** in **distribution logistics** * **Knowledge** of **air imports**. * Basic to intermediate **Excel** proficiency * Intermediate level of English (**written**) * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. **We Offer** * Monthly **net salary** of $13,000\. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment.
