Job Summary: Supervises cleaning operations and staff under supervision, maintains control over supplies and equipment, and ensures compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and staff supervision 2. Inventory and cleaning equipment control 3. Staff training and follow-up * Supervises cleaning of rooms, hallways, and linen rooms under supervision. * Supervises work performed by housekeepers, assistants, carpet cleaners, and polishers. * Maintains and controls linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment. * Verifies compliance with standards. * Trains and follows up with staff under supervision. Updates room status in the OPERA system.
