




**Position:** Crepe Maker **Department:** Operations **Location:** Gran Patio Pachuca Branch **Reports to:** Island Supervisor or Zone Supervisor **Schedule:** 6 working days and 1 day off (rotating) **Weekly Salary:** $2,021.30 MXN gross **Position Objective:** Prepare crepes and other menu items in accordance with quality and hygiene standards, delivering excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying experience during every visit. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare savory and sweet crepes, beverages, and other menu items according to recipes. * Serve customers courteously and efficiently at the counter. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area before, during, and after each shift. * Restock supplies and materials at the workstation. * Adhere to food hygiene and handling regulations. * Process customer payments and record sales in the system (if applicable). * Report supply needs, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to the supervisor during the shift. * Comply with internal policies and image and presentation protocols. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school (minimum). * Experience: Preferred experience in food preparation, fast-casual cooking, or customer service. * Skills: Speed, cleanliness, courteous demeanor, and teamwork. * Mandatory: Reside near the location, availability for rotating shifts, and responsibility. **Notes:** * Work is performed within a commercial kiosk; therefore, professional appearance and attitude are required. * Must adhere to scheduled hours and maintain punctuality.
