Collaboration with kitchen and bar At Casa Fernanda, we are looking for a Floor Manager with leadership abilities, a strong service orientation, and a focus on operational excellence—responsible for coordinating and supervising front-of-house service staff to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the team of servers, hostesses, and floor staff. * Ensure compliance with service and quality standards. * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. * Coordinate proper table assignments and service flow. * Train and motivate the team. * Verify cleanliness, order, and presentation of the area. * Assist with inventory control and operational reporting. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure timing and quality. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Knowledge of restaurant operations. * Basic point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency (preferred). **We Offer:** * Base salary + tips * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms * Excellent work environment **Location:** Calle Niño Artillero, No. 20, Barrio de San José, Tepoztlán, Morelos **Schedules:** Rotating 8-hour shifts, from 8 AM to 4 PM and from 2 PM to 10 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Relocation/Commute: * Tepoztlán, Mor.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting employment (Mandatory) Education: * Completed Technical Superior Degree (Preferred) Experience: * Similar position: 1 year (Mandatory) * Server: 3 years (Mandatory) * Head Waiter: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Licenses/Certifications: * Food and Beverage Handling (Mandatory) * Tourism (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
