Job Summary: Supervises and manages a team of advisors to promote and recover group credit lines, facilitating the growth of small businesses. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the promotion, disbursement, recovery, and renewal of group credit lines handled by your team of Advisors (minimum of 4 reporting to you). Job Responsibilities: * The supervisor, together with their field team, promotes the product on-site (in high-traffic areas) to provide financing to small business owners or individuals engaged in economic activities who wish to grow their businesses. * Engages interested individuals and guides them in forming a group of 12 people to qualify for the credit. * Monitors approval and disbursement of credit groups managed by their assigned advisors. * Manages weekly portfolio reviews with advisors to ensure timely credit recovery. * Encourages clients to renew their credit lines at improved interest rates and higher credit limits. Requirements: * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Availability to work full-time hours. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Experience in retail sales, fieldwork, and/or promotion of financial services or AFOREs. * Empathy, positive attitude, and optimism. * Strong motivation to grow and build a long-term career. * Basic knowledge of early-stage collections. * Personal vehicle (mandatory).
