Job Summary: Supervises and manages teams of advisors responsible for promoting, disbursing, and recovering group credit lines, with a focus on business growth. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the promotion, disbursement, recovery, and renewal of group credit lines managed by your team of Advisors (minimum of 4 reporting to you). Key Responsibilities: * The supervisor, together with their field team, promotes the product in target areas (high-traffic zones) to provide financing to small business owners or individuals engaged in economic activities seeking to grow their businesses. * Engages interested applicants and guides them through forming a group of 12 members to qualify for the credit. * Monitors approval and disbursement processes for groups managed by their assigned advisors. * Manages portfolio weekly with advisors to ensure timely credit recovery. * Invites clients to renew their credit lines at improved interest rates and higher credit limits. Requirements: * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Full-time availability. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. * Experience in retail sales, fieldwork, and/or promotion of financial services or AFOREs. * Empathy, positive attitude, and optimism. * Motivation to grow and build a long-term career. * Basic knowledge of early-stage collections. * Personal vehicle (mandatory).
