




Job Summary: We are seeking a restaurant assistant to handle administrative tasks, inventory management, cash handling, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventories and orders 2. Performs cash register closings and payments 3. Assists in supervising sales targets AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: \- Hospital Angeles Acoxpa, Plaza Perisur, Torre Salinas We are a French-Mexican bakery-restaurant concept. We operate 50 branches within CDMX and parts of the metropolitan area, as well as branches in several states across the country, and we are continuously growing and expanding. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Files invoices and requisitions. \- Conducts cash register closings. \- Conducts daily inventory checks of supplies and products for commissary orders. \- Pays invoices to external suppliers. \- Places supply orders by 10 a.m. during manager breaks. \- Reports shortages in requisitions. \- Distributes tips to servers. \- Conducts daily inventory of bread and desserts. \- Supervises progress toward sales targets per shift.
