Efficient recovery of credit-based customer portfolios, carrying out various collection activities both in-office and in-field, handling standard vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. Daily invoicing to support sales closing processes; daily review of sales settlements; submission of daily collections reports; application of payments (checks, cash, POS terminals, cash deposit deliveries to the bank); identification and application of transfers and/or deposits; authorization of supply to customers; updating, integration, and cleansing of credit files and their safekeeping; administration and management of customer collections via portal; SAP system knowledge preferred.
