We require: Supervisor Requirements: Minimum education: completed high school diploma 1 year of experience in a similar position Driver’s license: Type A Residence must be within 45 minutes of the work location DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist store locations in all functions required.  Supervise team schedules.  Resolve possible irregularities occurring within the sales point team.  Ensure a positive work environment is maintained.  Assist in controlling and executing administrative tasks. Vacation plan. Hiring and termination of staff. Warnings and corrective measures. Assist in conducting inventory counts.  Supervise and organize tasks for the entire team.  Responsible for covering any staff shortages or vacancies at the sales point.  Manage customer complaints and propose tactics to improve services.  Monitor employee uniform compliance.  Act as a mediator among team members.  Prevent misuse of provided equipment and products to minimize losses.  Safeguard daily sales revenue from sales points.  Report to management and/or notify relevant technicians of any corrective maintenance required at each sales point. REQUIRED QUALITIES  Highly customer- and employee-oriented.  Skills to motivate and direct employees.  Experience operating pizzerias. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE  Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager and/or supervisor in the restaurant industry.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
