Responsible for staff training and problem resolution. **Mercadeo Diseño y Promoción SA de CV is seeking a Branch Manager in Moctezuma 2da Sección – Venustiano Carranza, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Manager to work at Plaza Encuentro Ocenía Duties: * Prepare staff schedules and plan vacation time. * Review cash deposits every Wednesday. * Train staff. * Comply with quality standards for REV audits. * Resolve customer issues if they arise and prevent subsequent complaints. * Conduct critical inventory counts upon shift start and end. * Perform cash drawer reconciliation upon receipt or handover, verifying amounts and supporting POS documentation. * During closing shifts, count critical products, enter them into the system, and compare against recorded data. * During closing shifts, close the cash drawer by depositing funds and completing the daily paperwork checklist with day’s account details. * During assigned shifts, assume responsibility for sales administration: ensure all transactions are recorded in the POS system and safeguard related documents and receipts. * Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, information transmission, and POS system recordkeeping. * Receive supplier orders, store goods, and enter inventoried items from invoices and delivery notes into the system. * Address discrepancies and shortages reported via email notifications. * Accurately calculate order timelines per the supplier ordering schedule. * Conduct precise and detailed weekly inventory closure every Tuesday for system entry and generation of accurate weekly reports. * Submit weekly reports.
