Customer-focused service and service quality **BRANCH MANAGER** We are seeking a Branch Manager for a new café in La Vista, with prior experience in customer service roles, sales system operation, team management, and staff training. Profile: * Prior experience in customer service and personnel supervision (minimum 2 years). * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in similar business sectors (franchises, cafés, etc.). * Ability to organize teams. * Inventory management and control. * Prior experience managing and operating point-of-sale systems. * Punctuality, proactivity, and strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: * Customer service at reception and order fulfillment. * Preparation of beverages and food items. * Supervision of daily staff operations and proper functioning of work tools. * Performing cleaning and organizational tasks at the branch. * Inventory control and monitoring of product expiration dates. * Branch opening, closing, and cash register reconciliation. * Staff training and motivation. * Effective handling of customer complaints and suggestions. * Monitoring of the customer loyalty program and corporate loyalty initiatives. * Tracking orders from platforms and direct orders. * Monitoring maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Managing and tracking staff vacations, leave requests, and absences. * Oversight of external audit improvement points, developing action plans for resolution. * Conducting internal evaluations of the branch and its team. * Ensuring branch and team safety. * Receiving supplier supplies and recording them in the system. * Preparing and submitting branch performance indicator reports to Management. * Assisting in staff interviews. Location and Schedule: * First shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; second shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including one-hour lunch break. * Rotating schedule. * Day off: Sundays.
