We are seeking a **Branch Manager** with strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient management. * Supervise and motivate a team of staff. * Manage accounting, financial, and internal control processes. * Plan, execute, and monitor **sales strategies**. * Control inventory and administrative reporting. * Represent the company before key clients and suppliers. **Requirements** * Age: **30 years or older**. * Education: **Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * **Valid driver’s license.** * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Knowledge of:** * Branch administration and control. * Basic accounting processes. * Sales and customer service. * Performance indicator and budget management. **Skills and competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and empathy. * Organization and results orientation. * Frustration tolerance and problem-solving ability. **We offer**: * Excellent working environment. * Statutory benefits. * Base salary plus commissions.
