Important Café is seeking: **Barista** **Requirements:** Education: High school diploma Minimum one year of experience in the position **Responsibilities:** Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve our wide range of beverages according to customer preferences. Customer-Centric Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, take orders accurately and efficiently, and answer customer questions about our products. Sales and Promotion: Promote items from our product categories to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and food preparation areas. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of our products and notify management when restocking is required. Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards: Strictly follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including regular cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work surfaces. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, clearly communicating needs and coordinating tasks as necessary.
