Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates maintenance programs, ensuring optimal operation of the vehicle fleet and effective resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Budget analysis and performance reporting **TRAXION** We are seeking: UNIT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Experience: * 3 to 5 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of automotive mechanics: engine operation, repair, and maintenance, brakes, steering, transmission, etc. * Ability to manage resources Technical Competencies * SAP, Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate–Advanced. * Knowledge of Diesel Engines * Knowledge of Refrigeration Equipment Responsibilities * Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance programs. * Develop maintenance planning and ensure the company’s vehicle fleet remains in optimal operating condition. * Monitor daily spare parts consumption. * Manage fleet vehicle resources. * Detect and repair faults in suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical systems. * Supervise vehicle availability. * Coordinate work orders for mechanical staff. * Analyze and manage the workshop budget. * Interaction with unionized personnel. * Generate KPI reports for analysis and results presentation. * Supervise, monitor, and control proper usage of fleet vehicles. * Prepare daily performance reports. * Assign and supervise tasks for the work team. * Detect faults in diesel engines and refrigeration equipment. * Track repairs performed at external workshops. Job Requirements * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
