DE C.V. in Tlalpan, Mexico City** Responsibilities Implement collection strategies, ensuring compliance with departmental collection activities, evaluating team performance, and delivering training to personnel under supervision to achieve established objectives. Prepare weekly productivity reports for the department, reporting service levels as well as inventories of clarifications and pending items to management, to monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance operational efficiency. Carry out monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing status reports on the delivery of financial and tax information from branch offices, validating and monitoring the balance of the collection bridge account, to ensure proper departmental operations. Develop departmental process manuals, designing workflow diagrams and automating processes to ensure consistency in outcomes. Ensure that cash reconciliations and financial and tax information from branch offices are updated in accordance with Institutional Policy, maintaining internal communication with relevant departments to guarantee regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and reliability. Conduct monthly team-building activities, effective and assertive communication initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, holding biweekly recurring meetings and workshops explaining various scenarios and real-world examples of collection-related incidents, to increase team productivity, quality, and efficiency.
