




*Main Responsibilities:* Store opening and closing. Continuously lead, guide, coordinate, and supervise the work team. Coordinate tasks related to goods receipt and unloading, warehousing, order tracking, and transfer unit loading. Monitor staff attendance and adherence to scheduled working hours. Optimize warehouse and supermarket space distribution by organizing products and merchandise in the most efficient manner. Management of promotional activities. Update inventory records. Inspect and monitor the condition and expiration dates of goods received in the warehouse and transferred to the store. Training for new hires. Cash register closings. Safeguarding and handover of cash and valuables. *Essential Requirements:* Age: 25–45 years. Minimum experience: 2 years in warehouse and supermarket management roles. Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field; candidates may be degree candidates or have incomplete studies. Availability and flexibility of schedule (full shifts, Monday through Sunday). Experience in administrative tasks, expense verification, general logbooks, and document control. Knowledge of groceries, wines, and spirits. Proficiency in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies): Basic Windows/Office suite; experience with at least one ERP system. Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) and driver’s license. Outstanding customer service attitude.
