Short-term professional development opportunity **Company:** Daystore At Daystore, we seek to integrate into our team a Store Leader with experience in retail operations, team leadership, and KPI management, oriented toward results and operational excellence. **Job Objective** Ensure proper store operation through efficient staff management, inventory control, and achievement of key performance indicators, guaranteeing high service standards and profitability. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Manager, preferably in self-service or retail sectors. * Proficiency in handling and analyzing performance indicators. * Leadership skills and personnel management experience (minimum 10 employees). * Experience in inventory control and cycle counts. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily store operations. * Manage and develop the operational team. * Monitor achievement of KPIs and objectives. * Ensure inventory control and proper execution of cycle counts. * Guarantee compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. **Locations: Naucalpan, State of Mexico** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $13,000. * Bonus for achieving KPIs. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits: vacation days exceeding statutory requirements and Total Pass membership. * Short-term professional development opportunity.
