Job Mission** Proactively attract talent for the restaurant and operational sectors, using innovative recruitment and marketing strategies to ensure fully staffed teams with profiles aligned to Ambrosía’s excellence standards. ### **2\. Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Cycle:** Execute the full process (application, interview, assessment, and selection) for operational and administrative roles within the A\&B business line. * **Recruitment Marketing:** Design and implement social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) and digital platform initiatives for mass and specialized candidate acquisition. * **Field Recruitment Strategy:** Conduct on-site recruitment, job fairs, and institutional partnerships as required. * **Employer Branding:** Strengthen Ambrosía’s image as the best place to work through creative content and effective communication. * **Selection KPIs:** Maintain key metrics—including time-to-fill, hiring quality, and early turnover—under control. ### **3\. Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of verifiable experience recruiting for **restaurants, cafeterias, or food-related businesses**. * **Digital Skills:** Proficiency in HR-focused marketing campaigns and social media management for recruitment purposes. * **Residence:** Must reside in—or have easy access to—the **Tlalpan and Pedregal** areas. ### **4\. Core Competencies** * **Creativity and Drive:** Ability to propose new attraction channels. * **Sense of Urgency:** Efficiency in filling critical operational vacancies. * **Persuasive Communication:** Skill in “selling” the brand and attracting top candidates. * **Organization:** Simultaneous management of multiple recruitment processes. ### **5\.
