If you are passionate about sales and motorcycles, this is your opportunity to grow with us. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed junior high school or high school. * Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in motorcycles, white goods, furniture, or similar). * Interest in sales and customer service. * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. * Experience in inventory management, pricing, promotions, and customer negotiation. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$9,200 MXN per month**. * Approximate commissions of **$5,000 MXN per month**. * Monthly bonus of **$2,000 MXN** upon meeting targets. * **Bi-weekly payment.** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Discount card for various establishments. **SCHEDULES:** * Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. * Fixed shifts (**no rotation**): * 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM * **Includes 1-hour lunch break.** **WORK LOCATION:** * **Coppel Tlahuac** **\-** Av.
