




Rotational Manager **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A ROTATIONAL MANAGER!** In this position, you will be primarily responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating your branch’s team to achieve the established global goals. Under your leadership, you will ensure the team operates as a unified unit, embodying MásKapital’s values and delivering high-quality services to our clients. **What do we offer?** **Upon starting** * Gross monthly salary for the first 6 months: $14,157.00 * Net monthly salary for the first 6 months: $12,367.00, paid weekly at $2,886.00 * Mobile phone device * Paid training, with all expenses covered (accommodation, transportation, and meals) **After 6 months:** * Gross monthly salary: $20,220.00. * Net monthly salary: $16,997.00, paid weekly at $3,966.00. * Grocery vouchers: $750 per month **Additionally:** * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme tied to goal achievement. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Christmas bonus, profit-sharing, and double savings fund. * Vacation days plus additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official non-working days and CNBV-designated non-working days. **Position characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays according to productivity, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 60% fieldwork and 40% office work. * Personalized attention and direct interaction with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and motivate promotion and collections teams. * Implement plans to maintain the collections rate and foster continuous improvement. * Manage the promotion process to expand the client portfolio. * Oversee operational workflow and supervise personnel, service, and lease contracts. * Provide personalized client service and seek solutions to their issues. * Monitor team performance, encourage effective collaboration, and manage goal attainment. **What are we looking for in a candidate?** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (minimum 50% of credits completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel management and sales. * Willingness to travel frequently, potentially indefinitely, both within and outside the state (all travel expenses covered: accommodation, transportation, and meals).
