DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Punching Operator.** **\*** 1 vacancy for the 2nd shift (from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday; initially, training lasts nearly one month on the 1st shift, followed by transfer to the 2nd shift). **General Information:** * This position offers a Weekly Net Salary of: $1,950 * Overtime pay is provided according to hours worked per week. * Social Security enrollment begins on the first day of employment. * Statutory Benefits (Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-End Bonus) * Cafeteria Service (Available only during the 1st shift) * Weekly payments via electronic transfer every Friday (the workweek runs from Thursday to Wednesday, with payment issued each Friday). **Job Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar activities * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Basic knowledge of machining and metrology. * Industrial safety awareness. * Attention to detail and precision. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment to quality. * Teamwork skills. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare the punching machine prior to shift start-up, verifying proper operation and safety conditions. * Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications for parts to be manufactured. * Select and install appropriate tools, dies, and punches based on material type and design requirements. * Operate manual or CNC punching machines, adjusting parameters such as speed, pressure, and punch depth. * Monitor the punching process to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts. * Conduct visual inspections and measurements using control instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.). * Record production data, incidents, and results in designated forms. * Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality departments to identify and resolve malfunctions or deviations.
