This opportunity is for you! **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient operation of the **Assembly** area, guaranteeing compliance with **quality, productivity and safety** standards, optimizing resources, resolving operational incidents in real time, and leading high-performance operational teams. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** as Manufacturing or Production Supervisor * **Engineering or technical degree** in a related field * Experience in **pallet assembly and/or manufacturing processes** (desirable) * **Supervision of operational staff** (preferably teams of 60 people or more) * Knowledge of: * **FSC certification** * **Internal and external audits** * **Inventory control** * Proven experience in **manufacturing environments** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the assembly area * Ensure compliance with **quality, productivity and safety** standards * Monitor **KPIs** and propose operational improvements * Resolve operational incidents in real time * Manage and develop operational staff * Support audits and certification compliance * Ensure efficient use of materials and inventory **We Offer** * **Salary: $16,000 net monthly** * ✔ Statutory benefits * **Direct hiring by the company** * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * **Job stability** at a solid and growing company Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
