Responsibilities: \- Generate sales of parcel, courier, and logistics services through prospect and customer visits. \- Manage the plaza’s accounts receivable. Monitor collections, conduct regular customer visits, prevent overdue accounts, and maintain a healthy portfolio. \- Control expenses and purchases made at the plaza by planning and adhering to budgets. \- Administer all municipal permits annually, including payments for license renewals, illuminated signage permits, and scale inspections. \- Coordinate facility maintenance to ensure optimal conditions for sales points and the operations center.
