Operational management system and customer service handling **We are seeking our next Operations and Logistics Coordinator — a 100% Mexican company with 27 years of experience!** **Job Objective:** Lead, coordinate, and optimize operations related to the installation, maintenance, and technical support of GPS devices, ensuring on-time delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize, direct, and monitor the daily activity schedule for the installation team. * Manage arrival times, service duration, and service closure via the **SIAMES** system. * Verify proper closure of all requests on the platform and ensure compliance with established procedures. * Conduct on-site supervision visits when service requirements or complexity demand it. * Receive and schedule customer-requested services, ensuring timely follow-up. * Maintain direct contact with customers to assess and ensure service execution. * Provide immediate attention and resolution to complaints or clarifications from dissatisfied customers. * Review and approve field personnel’s per diem and transportation expense requests. * Prepare productivity reports for calculating and disbursing the team’s monthly bonuses. **Candidate Profile Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field) * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years coordinating technical crews, installation logistics, or operational areas. * Proficiency in operational management systems. * Advanced Excel. * **Skills:** Leadership of large teams, strong organizational ability, excellent assertive communication, and problem solving under pressure. * **Technical Knowledge:** Satellite tracking platforms (GPS), geofencing, telematics, route analysis. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary based on experience: $17,000–$22,000 * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Saturday. * Naucalpan \- Satélite
