




**Technical Support – Night Shift** **Work Modality:** 100% On-site **Schedule:** 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night shift) **Position Type:** Full-time **Main Responsibilities** * Perform operational activities in accordance with established procedures. * Record, categorize, monitor, escalate, and close requests, incidents, changes, and security events through the help desk. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and guidelines defined by the department. * Consistently and repeatedly carry out tasks outlined in operational manuals to ensure process standardization. * Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve technical incidents. **Required Profile** * Basic knowledge of help desk operations and ticket management. * Prior experience in technical support or IT environments (preferred). * Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. * Organized, disciplined individual with a strong focus on achieving objectives. * Availability to work permanently on the night shift.
