Main Responsibilities * Preparatory handling of ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning). * Assistance in dish preparation and plating. * Maintaining kitchen area order, cleanliness, and sanitation. * Compliance with food hygiene and handling standards. * Supporting the team during peak operational hours. * Assisting with ingredient inventory control and waste management.
