




We are seeking a **Key Account Manager** Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and needs, list products on portals, manage TPIs, execute product activations, conduct store checks or scouting (visits to assess competitors and monitor our products in-store). Experience negotiating with buyers is required. **Key Responsibilities** * Increase sales through sell-out strategies. * Identify new business opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling. * Negotiate profitable margins and promotions. * Ensure operational efficiency: inventory management, timely deliveries, and accurate reporting. * Maintain strong relationships with key clients (retention rate = 95%). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, key accounts, or commercial areas. * Retail experience, preferably with national retail chains such as Liverpool, Sears, Palacio de Hierro, Walmart, Elektra, Coppel, Soriana, and Chedraui. The ideal candidate must have experience with at least two of these clients. * Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis. * Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel, with gasoline and vehicle maintenance support provided. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary. * Bonuses for achieving KPIs. * Gasoline allowance. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits.
