




**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9–6 p.m.; Saturday, 9–2 p.m. **Responsibilities:** **1.** Review and update recruitment and selection platforms to attract personnel. **2.** Conduct talent-attracting advertising through various channels. **3.** Prepare complete documentation and deliver onboarding kits to new hires (employment contracts, internal regulations, uniforms, etc.). **4.** Schedule orientation courses for new hires. **5.** Distribute and maintain records of employee uniforms. **6.** Monitor and receive weekly incident reports, then escalate them to the HR Management team. **7.** Report to the HR Management team on all violations of the Internal Work Regulations, for the preparation of administrative minutes, disciplinary actions, and formal warnings, in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations and the Federal Labor Law. **8.** Register all new hires in the time clock system. **9.** Provide support to employees and external personnel via WhatsApp, telephone, or in person. **10.** Assist the HR Management team in completing forms required for employee termination procedures. **11.** Support the HR Management team in organizing and managing employee events. **12.** Provide employment-related information to employees in writing, virtually, visually, or orally. **13.** Complete applicable forms for HR processes (e.g., vacation requests, disciplinary actions, etc.). **14.** Manage, record, and distribute medical leave documentation. **15.** Perform HR statistical controls. **16.** Serve as liaison between corporate staff and HR. **17.** Participate in training and development programs covering the obligations and responsibilities of new hires or employees seeking positions different from their current roles.
