




Join Santek’s Human Resources team. We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with a strong service-oriented attitude and extensive labor knowledge to lead the structuring of the HR department and contribute to improving workplace climate, employee retention, and staff stability. **Job Objective** Execute and monitor Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law, as well as regulations issued by IMSS, STPS, and INFONAVIT; additionally, support recruitment, training, occupational safety and health, and workplace climate initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor employer obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS. * Support the handling and follow-up of labor inspections and official authority requests. * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel. * Manage personnel files, contracts, staff movements, and incidents. * Monitor the training plan and control related records. * Support implementation of Occupational Safety and Health programs (NOM-030, NOM-035). * Coordinate activities related to workplace climate, internal communication, and employee well-being. * Prepare basic HR reports and indicators. * Provide basic guidance on labor and administrative matters to leaders and staff. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources. * Completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field). * Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid driver’s license. * Conversational English (70% proficiency). * Ability to handle confidential information. **Desirable Knowledge** * Procedures before IMSS, STPS, and INFONAVIT. * Experience with IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE platforms (not mandatory). * Occupational safety and health. * Residency near the area (Siglo XXI – Paseo Reforma). **Ideal Profile:** We seek a structured, firm, and empathetic individual capable of establishing order, strengthening labor relations, and building HR processes from legal, human, and strategic perspectives. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Weekly salary payments. * Monday-to-Friday work schedule. * Professional development and growth plan. **Location**: La Mesa Industrial Park (near Siglo XXI) **Start Date**: January 2026 **About Santek:** We are a multinational, multicultural electronics company with approximately 200 employees and growing.
