Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager with experience in B2B industrial sales to lead teams and develop commercial strategies, with a focus on achieving performance metrics. End-to-end site operations management and strategic reporting. **We are seeking: Commercial Operations Manager** **Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos** **Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (certified) * +5 years of managerial-level commercial experience managing business units (flagship store, warehouse, CEDIS, industrial branch, or similar). * Experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the hardware, construction materials, or industrial spare parts sectors. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Intermediate CRM skills (Salesforce preferred). * Intermediate English (preferred). **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the **sales team** and develop strategies for **key industrial accounts**. * Implement **commercial projects** to identify business opportunities and ensure successful closures. * Achieve monthly **sales, invoicing, prospecting, and receivables recovery metrics**. * Interact with **internal and external customers**, conducting negotiation visits and order taking. * Prepare **strategic reports for senior management** (P&L EBITDA). * Manage site operations (audits, logistics, and warehouse). **Offer:** * Base salary: $50,000.00 MXN per month gross + statutory benefits and additional benefits. * Development plan.
