A major financial institution in Aguascalientes is seeking: Collection Manager 3 years of experience in: * Identifying accounts receivable. * Conducting in-person collection activities. * Managing debtor portfolios. * Negotiating payment agreements (settlements, timelines, amounts, methods, etc.). * Following up on payment commitments and recording results in the system. * Analyzing the portfolio of debtor customers and classifying it according to risk level. * Preparing recovery reports, payment commitment reports, and progress reports. * Providing customer service and guidance. * Planning collection routes and scheduling collection visits. * Requesting pledge guarantees. * Field collection. * Must own a personal vehicle; fuel allowance of $4,000 or $5,000 provided.
