That is why today over 90% of its equipment is based on this type of technology. **Job Description** Operate the machine, monitor and verify that production of the parts defined in the specification drawing meets the required quantity, quality standards, and scheduled time. **Responsibilities** * Reading and interpreting blueprints. * Turning the machine on/off. * Performing measurements using calipers, micrometers, and pin gages. * Completing basic documentation records. * Changing tools and adjusting offsets. * Internal cleaning of the machine, as well as cleaning and assembling nozzles. * Basic operation of bar feeders. * Changing bars. **Requirements** * Operation of CNC lathes and machining centers. * Minimum 1 year of experience required. * Minimum education: elementary school. * Availability for shift work. * Responsible individual with dynamic adaptability, commitment, proactivity, teamwork skills, ethics, dynamism and energy, initiative, autonomy, self-care, and frustration tolerance. * Age 23 to 50 years old. * Must reside in the Toluca, Metepec, Xonacatlán, Villa Cuauhtémoc, Ocoyoacac, Lerma, or surrounding areas. * Good health. **We Offer** * Immediate hiring. * Monthly salary from $10,000 to $15,000 MXN per month—or MORE—depending on SKILLS and knowledge in machine setup, provided the candidate performs the test optimally. * Rotating shifts. * Statutory benefits. * Social security. * INFONAVIT. * Vacation days. * Vacation bonus: 50%. * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Career growth opportunities. * Quality bonus up to $2,500 MXN monthly. * Punctuality award: $200 weekly. * Grocery vouchers: 7%. * Profit-sharing (PTU).
