




Hannah’s Gift ABA is seeking a **CentralReach Administrator** with **direct, hands\-on experience using CentralReach** in an ABA therapy setting. This role is **not entry\-level** and is **only** for candidates who have worked extensively within the CentralReach platform. This Role Requires Proven Experience With: * **CentralReach (CR) software** — daily use * **Authorizations** entered, tracked, and managed in CR * **Claims creation and submission** through CentralReach * **EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)** setup and troubleshooting in CR * **Scheduling** clinicians and sessions within CentralReach Candidates without **specific CentralReach ABA experience** will not be considered. What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Managing end\-to\-end workflows inside CentralReach * Ensuring authorizations, EVV, and claims are accurate and compliant * Supporting clinical and billing operations through CR * Maintaining clean, reliable scheduling and documentation If you are highly organized, detail\-oriented, and **truly fluent in CentralReach**, we want to hear from you. **Apply only if you meet the CentralReach experience requirement.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $5\.00 \- $7\.00 per hour Expected hours: 30\.0 – 40\.0 per week Application Question(s): * Do you have extensive, hands\-on experience working in CentralReach for ABA therapy?
