Job Description: We are hiring a Branch Manager in Venado, San Luis Potosí. · Education: Bachelor’s degree. · Experience: **Minimum 1 year as Branch Manager in financial institutions (mandatory) or in group credit disbursement.** **Personnel management** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Comply with policies and procedures governing office operations and functioning. · Develop work plans jointly with the team to achieve company-set credit disbursement targets. · Ensure credit approvals follow established methodology to prevent portfolio delinquency risk. · Recover disbursed credits. · Identify growth opportunities for the branch. · Submit progress reports on target achievement. · Promote staff skill development and teamwork. · Maintain a positive work environment and low turnover rate.
