Conflict resolution and continuous improvement of customer service General Responsibilities: The Branch Manager will be responsible for store opening and closing, supervision and control of all operational and administrative processes at the branch, management of the branch team, inventory control at the branch, supervision of customer service delivered by the team, resolution of incidents that may cause internal conflicts or conflicts with customers, and other duties inherent to the Branch Manager position.
