A company dedicated to the marketing of raw materials for baking is seeking a **Branch Manager** to oversee 3 branches in the Ecatepec area. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with daily operational standards across the 3 branches. * Analyze and interpret daily and monthly performance indicators. * Manage, lead, and develop the work team. * Collection and deposit of funds. * Serve internal and external customers, ensuring quality service. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in retail. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Branch Manager. * Leadership skills, ability to analyze results, and decision-making capability. * Results-oriented and customer-focused. **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 gross per month. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day. * Rotating shifts according to store needs.
