We are looking for a responsible, organized Branch Manager with an excellent service attitude. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the branch’s daily operations. * Ensure quality standards in food, cleanliness, and service. * Personnel management (roles, schedules, incidents). * Inventory control and ordering. * Cash register opening and closing. * Promotion follow-up and customer service. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants in a supervisory, assistant manager, or manager position. * Leadership skills and ability to manage teams. * Availability for shifts: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM and 1:30 PM–9:30 PM. * Rest day: 1 weekday. * Excellent service attitude and problem-solving skills. * Must be over 20 years of age. * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Verifiable employment references. **We Offer** * Weekly pay. * Monthly performance bonus ($3,000–$4,000 MXN), based on achievement of objectives. * Statutory benefits.
