




Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Unit Administrator to maintain administrative operations, supervise staff and functions, and provide customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise administrative operations and personnel under supervision. 2. Manage audits, customer service, and report control. 3. Support Human Resources processes and supplier invoicing. We are hiring! **BUSINESS UNIT ADMINISTRATOR** **Location: Pachuca de Soto** Responsible for maintaining administrative operations within the business unit **Main Responsibilities:** \- Oversee general administrative functioning \- Supervise duties of personnel under supervision \- Follow up on internal and external audits \- Supervise commencement of operations in the administrative area \- Provide customer service and support \- Conduct cash drawer reconciliations and receipt of banknote bundles \- Report control \- Process supplier invoicing \- Support Human Resources processes **Requirements:** \- Age: 25 to 45 years \- Gender: No preference, female preferred \- Education: Candidate or graduate in administrative, industrial, or related fields \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF member or similar role (mandatory) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **We Offer:** \- Monthly gross salary of $ **12,000.00** \- Statutory benefits \- Uniform Work Schedule: **Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm, including one-hour lunch break** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
