Join our team as: Boutique Assistant Manager – Northern Region **Requirements:** Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role within the fashion retail sector, including shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, and/or retail environments. Working hours: Full-time, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with two days off per week. **Responsibilities:** Operational and administrative management of stores. Implementation of store work plans. Coordination of daily activities across each branch according to operational needs. Monitoring of store-level productivity metrics (average transaction value, conversion rate, product turnover, profitability, and staff turnover). Inventory control (transfers, returns, and deliveries). Expense control, budget management, and shrinkage control. Organizing sales teams around strategic initiatives.
